Mary Borman and Bonnie Adams are the heart behind EPIC 10k50. United by a shared belief in the power of water to change lives, they are taking on a 10k open water swim in all 50 states in order to expand access, build confidence, and reimagine what’s possible in the water. This is more than an endurance challenge - it’s a movement rooted in inclusion, resilience, education, and community impact. This project depends on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel safe, strong, and empowered in the water. What began as an audacious physical challenge has grown into a nationwide effort to create a lasting impact - one swim, one community, and one act of support at a time.
